The Advanced Neurology Epilepsy and Sleep Medicine, in El Paso, Texas, provides a comprehensive range of neurological testing and treatments for patients from the age of 12. Led by Dr. Herekar and his team, the practice helps patients with a variety of Neurological Disorders, including back pain, Neurology, Multiple Sclerosis, Dementia, and Parkinson’s disease.

Aamr Arif Herekar MD Neurology provides a comfortable and professional environment with most diagnostic tests available onsite. Dr. Herekar and his team are committed to identifying the root cause of pain and other symptoms so they can provide personalized treatment plans not only to treat patients’ conditions, but also to restore their quality of life.

 

NILRUSHA PIERIS

Chief Executive Officer @ Medi Guyz

Nilrusha Pieris has established a distinguished career with a strong educational background and diverse professional experience. He completed his Advanced Level education at Royal College, Colombo, Sri Lanka, in 1997 and earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from Monash University, Australia, in 2002. His further professional development includes seminars and workshops on Marketing, Project Management, Logistics, Finance, and Human Resources in London, UK, specialized oil trading courses in Nairobi, Kenya, and a Diploma in Computer Studies from Sri Lanka. Pieris has held significant roles, including Director at Claridges Stock Brokers (Pvt) Ltd. (Mackwoods Group), Leopard Trails (Pvt) Ltd., Sky Club (Pvt) Ltd., Ceylon Sapphire Corporation (Pvt) Ltd., Blue Thunder Security (Pvt) Ltd., and Mapogo Corporation / Guyz Corp in the USA, overseeing operations in equity and debt securities, luxury safari camps, skydiving, gem mining, security services, and real estate. In the public sector, Pieris served as a Personal Assistant to various ministers from 2002 to 2004, an Advisor to multiple ministries from 2004 to 2010, and as Private Secretary to the Chief Government Whip and Minister of Highway & Road Development from 2006 to 2008.

With over 25 years of experience managing over 25 workers in an office setting. Lupe Lucero is a Practice Manager that has brought positive change to ANESC starting in 2021. Her duties include overseeing all the administrative and business operations aspects of a private medical practice and ensuring high-quality patient care. 
Outside the office, Guadalupe enjoys spending time with family, traveling to Mexico, and helping out the community through a non-profit organization to raise money for college scholarships to underserved communities.
